About Us

The story is a simple one. We were excited with our new phones but frustrated trying to learn them. Phones by Motorola, Nokia, LG, Samsung and other manufacturers, work differently. And carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile put their own look & feel to the phones. We found the user manuals to be long, boring, and sometimes very unhelpful. 

We know there's a better way. So we've created short videos using real phones to help you. Maybe you've just got a new phone and want to get started fast. Or maybe you want to try something on your phone but don't know how.

We've made this site to be:

Fast - you want to learn quickly how to do something with your phone, like use text messaging, Google, the Internet, whatever.

Free - it's free with just a few ads to keep our owners happy.

Friendly - just 3 steps gets you what you want, and no jargon. No sign-up required. 

We speak in plain English. We avoid technical jargon.
We've used real phones on the wireless providers' networks, so what you see in the video is the same as what you'll see on your phone. You can find what you want to do without searching through a maze of web pages.
